Please submit an existing character/design sheet of your model. Mood boards will not be accepted as references, as I do not currently undertake design work.

The maximum canvas size will be 6000-12000 px in height.

The model will be created part-by-part rather than completing the entire artwork and then segmenting and repainting parts. This approach facilitates easier adjustments and revisions.

When commissioning me for the model art, please take into account my art style.

Ensure the .psd file is prepared with all layers or parts properly named (using underscores/no spacing), separated, and grouped. Failure to comply may result in additional charges for PSD processing suitable for rigging, depending on model complexity. For detailed guidelines on part separation, please refer to Fafrotsky's guide.

Acceptable PSDs should have a canvas height of 6000-12000px. Larger PSDs should be downscaled accordingly. Deviations from these dimensions will not be accepted.

PSDs must use the sRGB color profile with an 8-bit color channel. Kindly check Live2D's notes for more info.

Models created using AI technology are not accepted.

Elements belonging to existing IPs must be omitted from the PSD unless otherwise specified.

Models requiring extensive features should include a Google Docs or PDF file detailing desired features with reference images or videos for animations or sticker expressions. This minimizes communication delays during the rigging process.

Keep in mind that the range of motion will depend on how the parts are separated.

Ensure the model, particularly the face, is centered on the canvas, facing forward, and as symmetrical as possible

Any PSD adjustments requested during rigging will be considered revisions and may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity (e.g., adding hair strands or replacing parts).

A privacy fee equal to 20% of the total price will be applied.

Prior to the client's debut of the model, I will refrain from live streaming or posting work-in-progress (WIP) images or videos on any of my social media channels.

I will keep the client informed with exclusive updates on the progress of the commission.

Clients may choose to share progress/WIPs of the model on their social media channels, provided they give proper credits unless otherwise specified by myself or the artist.

Following the model's debut, I may publish a showcase video featuring the model, giving appropriate credit to the client and involved artists.

Payment is accepted exclusively via Paypal Invoice.

Commissions can be paid upfront or through milestones/payment plans via Paypal Invoice. Clients who pay upfront can immediately use the model for testing purposes. Partially paid clients must wait until the model is fully paid to use it.

Please ensure that your email and PayPal email match as closely as possible to prevent potential scammers from using a different PayPal email for transactions.

Commissions are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each application will undergo review, and I will notify those whose commissions I accept. I will also attempt to contact applicants whose commissions I decline, but this process may be slow depending on the volume of applicants.

I do not accept slot reservations.

Due to limited slots, I cannot guarantee acceptance of all commission applications, and I apologize in advance for any inconvenience. ;w;

I will work on one or two commissions at a time and will reopen commissions once current projects are completed to prevent extended wait times. (;w; )

Only features or add-ons included in the initial invoice will be worked on. For new additions not included in the initial agreement, please consult with me when commissions are open again.

Live2D Model Art: A full refund is available before I commence work, and a partial refund will be considered based on the progress made.

Rigging: A full refund is only possible if work has not yet started.

It is strongly advised that commissioners are fully committed before placing an order to avoid complications, including potential Paypal fees associated with refunds.

Filing a chargeback will result in forfeiture of all rights to commissioned work. Additionally, you will be added to my blacklist, barred from future purchases, and other artists and riggers will be informed to prevent future transactions.

My usual pace for rigging projects varies: approximately 1-2 months for lower-tier rigging and 3-4 months for higher-tier rigging. The timeframe may extend based on the complexity of the commission, particularly those involving numerous toggles or features. More components or features on the model naturally require more time. Please understand that communication delays may occur due to timezone differences.

I refrain from working on weekends to avoid burnout and back pain.

Kindly refrain from rushing me, as it adds unnecessary pressure and can lead to a less satisfactory final product. Please consider that besides my work, I also prioritize my physical health and personal commitments offline.

I do not accept commissions with deadlines of 2 weeks or less.

I will keep you informed of any unforeseen circumstances or delays in the artwork or rigging process. Updates will be provided both publicly and privately whenever necessary.

I have the right to publicly share and/or stream my work in any format, except for private commissions with a few exceptions.

I reserve the right to showcase completed commissions on my social media channels for promotional and portfolio purposes, ensuring appropriate credit is given to the client and any collaborators involved in the project.

I reserve the right to decline any commission or request that causes discomfort or for which I do not feel confident in completing satisfactorily.

Commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style may be declined at my discretion.

I cannot be held liable for any misunderstandings or misconceptions if the commissioner fails to thoroughly read my Terms of Service.

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

You are permitted to stream and create monetized content using the model on your chosen media platform.

Please credit me as the Illustrator (Mama) or Rig Artist (Papa/Mama) and ensure the credit is prominently displayed in accessible areas like your Twitter bio, channel, or website.

Distribution of the model file to others is strictly prohibited.

Reusing any parts of the commission for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Usage of the commission in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency, is strictly prohibited.

Using the model illustration in any AI-related technology, including AI Art Generators, is strictly prohibited.

The model may not be used to incite hate, harassment, or illegal activities.

Kindly maintain a respectful and polite demeanor. Any disrespectful behavior will result in immediate blacklisting.

Violating my Terms of Service or rules will lead to permanent blacklisting.

If you intend to join my Twitch streams, please follow my chat rules. Failure to comply will result in blacklisting and a ban from my Twitch channel.

I do not accept commissions from individuals on my blacklist or those blacklisted by other artists or riggers.
